Responsibilities:
- Front Desk
- Guest Relation and Call/ Message Handling
- Customer Phone Inquiry
- Mail Center (Receiving / Routing of Mails, Documents and Parcel)
- PBX Lines Downtime Reporting and Monitoring of Resolution
- Function Room Reservation / Set-up and Beverage Service
- Parking for Visitors Reservation and Coordination
- Administrative
- Administrative Support and Secretarial Duties
- Receiving, validation and processing of request on time
- Filing
- Weekly / Monthly GSD Reports
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business course
- With pleasing personality
- Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist / Telephone Operator or Front Desk personnel
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to assign and report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.

We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed workweek schedule.
Cons
The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry.
I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly.
Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards.
Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue.
The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison.
