Your responsibilities
Under the direction of the CSD Supervisor or Manager, provide technical service and support to relevant customers by:
- Being the resource person on entry-level IT-based products and solutions.
- Doing evaluation and testing on entry-level IT products.
- Provide resolution to escalated problems on supported entry-level IT products and software.
- To do on-site diagnosis, isolation and assessment of computer-related technical problems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops and printers.

About you
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided with related exposure during their internship.
- A degree holder; associate; or diploma in any computer-related course
- At least one (1) year of working experience in hands-on technical support, preferably in an IT or related industry
- Above-average communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila

We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed workweek schedule.
Cons
The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry.
I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly.
Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards.
Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue.
The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison.
