We are looking for a highly professional, creative, and talented part-time Collateral/Design Coordinator to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team.

Reporting into the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and editing a range of marketing collateral that aligns with Jackson McDonald’s brand, values and marketing strategies. 

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Design, edit, and maintain engaging visual content such as graphics, illustrations, and videos for LinkedIn. 
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and accompanying material.
  • Design of marketing and event collateral i.e. capability statements, invitations, flyers, handouts etc.
  • Ensure all content to aligns with the brand’s style, quality, and tone while being user-friendly.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

  • Graphic design experience and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create material that is polished, corporate and consistent in quality. 
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and strong collaboration skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
