Following an exciting internal promotion and reporting to our Senior Manager Organisational Development, get ready to takeoff in this 12 month fixed term opportunity available in the role of Organisational Development Coordinator. Working closely with your OD colleagues and broader HR community, youโ€™ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our training programs, OD initiatives and leadership development activities run smoothly and leave a lasting impact.

As Organisational Development Coordinator, Your Accountabilities Will Include

  • Bringing learning to life โ€“ support, coordinate, and sometimes facilitate programs that help our people be their best.
  • Keeping us on track โ€“ manage training records, reports, and online learning resources.
  • Keeping things sharp โ€“ manage our OD resources, collateral and intranet pages ensuring theyโ€™re up to date, engaging, and easy to navigate.
  • Being a go-to person โ€“ answer queries from team members and managers about our programs.
  • Bringing ideas to life โ€“ support OD initiatives, ensuring everything is well-planned and well-executed.

You Will Bring

  • 1-2 yearsโ€™ experience in Organisational Development or generalist HR role, coupled with a tertiary qualification in HR or OD
  • Confidence to speak in front of a room (or at least a willingness to learn!).
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy skills โ€“ especially in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors and Workday is a plus).
  • A love for organisation, problem-solving, and making things happen.

My work is very project based, but sometimes I do tend to get involved in a lot of administrative tasks. On occasion, depending on work that comes my way, I may be out at the airport. However most of time is spent at the office.
