Job Description
BOLT is a rigorous and challenging two-year training program carefully designed to develop in the field of Sales, high-performing and high-potential graduating students and recent graduates. It provides opportunities for trainees to be quickly and fully immersed in business and management experiences, with the aim of developing the next set of potential leaders for the company. Upon successful completion, trainees are promoted to a higher level role.
Requirements
- Recent graduates of business courses or related, with a maximum of 1-year work experience
- Well-rounded individuals with strong academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular backgrounds.
- Willing to be relocated around the Philippines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
