Your role & responsibilities

The finance and accounting team is responsible for the complete and accurate accounting of all the General process flows for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. This role will provide exposure to different accounting processes within J&J and the opportunity to observe various teams as part of the onboarding.

About you

• 2022 Fresh Graduate or 2023 graduating student 
• Recent graduates or graduate students with a minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent are required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.
• Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements. These competencies are critical as this role will initially be part of the finance & accounting team’s pool of flex talent during onboarding, to be deployed to the permanent position once readiness criteria are met and the role has been identified.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
