Accountant (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure timely financial period closing in line with compliance and audit requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy and validity of financial reports.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Focus on balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Support audit activities for internal and external ratings.
• Implement global strategies and maintain documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Utilize Excel proficiently.

About You

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 0-2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Shared Services.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or ERPs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred
• Willingness to work in Parañaque City and in a hybrid setup.
