Your role & responsibilities

The GHS (Global Health Services) Intern will be expected to create and support health and well-being programs and initiatives for the site J&J employees. Additionally, the GHS Intern will learn about and promote occupational health, best practices of physical and mental well-being, as well as other work-related health and well-being services, which contribute to the productivity of the workplace and community.

• Learn how J&J drives Employee Health & Well-being through Global Health Services as well as the operations behind the 2025 Healthiest Workforce Strategy.
• Experience the implementation of both local and regional GHS projects and initiatives
• Provide an external (outside GHS) perspective/point of view on GHS strategies, programs, and execution.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
• Learning agility, and adaptability to change with a growth mindset
• Demonstrated passion in nutrition, physical and mental health, and other related fields
