Your role

The Date Scientist/Engineer Officer is responsible for the management of QM-managed data, provides data analysis, and standard reports, and performs data governance.

• Coach and guide QM analysts on data analysis and report generation, including statistical analysis techniques, presentation, and appropriate recommendations.
• Extract needed data and generate a report and/or analysis.
• Conduct store and/or supplier visits to capture situations in the operations, and to validate performance, Food Safety compliance, and other program implementation.

About you

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably at least three (3) years of work experience in data analysis and report generation
• Fresh graduates are open to apply.
• Well-versed with data and statistics, with the ability to derive solutions in sprawling data sets, and a good business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.
• Experience in creating dashboards using a business intelligence app such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
