Your role

The Warehouse Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure an accurate inventory of materials and other necessary clerical tasks.

• Transfer posting of materials from production storage locations
• Checks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory report
• Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference
• Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Training, development & rotations

Jollibee does provide the needed training before the employee starts working. They do provide classroom training, as well as videos, booklets, and other instructional materials that will enable the new entrant to have a better understanding of how the company operates.

About you

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course
• Experience in the same industry is an advantage
• Basic to advance computer skills (in Microsoft Office applications, advanced in MS Excel)
• Good organization skills
• Good eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysis
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
