Accountant (Fixed Asset) (Start ASAP)

The Accountant (Fixed Asset) is responsible for maintaining and monitoring data, information, and transactions for the Fixed Assets System and for the financial accounting of all transactions related to the Property Plant and Equipment (PPE) of assigned Legal Entities of the Jollibee Group.

Main Responsibilities:

• Recognition of Assets
• Recording of Asset Movements
• Depreciation & Amortization
• Balance Sheet Account Management
• Statutory Reporting (PPE Roll Forward Report)
• Fixed Assets Physical Count
• Other Reports & Requirements
• Internal & External Audit
• Organizational Excellence

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate business processes to internal and external customers both orally and in writing
• Basic knowledge of the following areas:
  • Accounting Principles and Processes
  • Statutory Requirements and Reporting Compliance
  • Fundamental Business Concepts
  • Internal and Operating Controls
  • Accounting Related Software and Tools (SAP, Oracle and/ or other ERP system)
  • Financial Account Management and Reporting
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
