Accountant (Labor & Employee Expense Accounting)
The Labor & Employee Expense Accounting Accountant, assigned to Payroll, ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in service delivery for:
- Timekeeping EAFILE data loading to Payroll System
- Loans setup and restructuring for EEs & Trainees during payroll runs
- Quitclaim preparation, including sorting, encoding, and template completion
- Sorting and validation of Employee Reimbursements
- Scheduling and payments of Government Remittances
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Account schedules and recommendation of reconciling items disposition for the Philippines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Proficient in Account Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrated Software Proficiency
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
