Assists the outlet manager in implementing outlet-specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality standards and people targets in alignment with the business strategies through management of day-to-day operations; ; in managing the overall service of the outlet thru management of customer experience; in sales building through the implementation of systemwide promotional activities as well as local store marketing activities and management of existing channels; in profit management through management of production and inventory control strategies and implementing cost management and efficiency programs; in quality management through managing product quality.
Job Qualifications:
College graduate of any service-oriented (Hospitality Management, HRIM, HRM) courses
At least 5 years of experience in the F&B Industry or equivalent, at least 1 year in a Supervisory role
Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
