Responsible for the management of customer experience in the dining area by providing support in the daily service operations. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and outlet profitability through customer engagement, sales achievement, process improvement, and inventory management.

  • Provides feedback to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor regarding launches or product/service feedback.
  • Recommends/advises customers on menu choices and upsells, if applicable
  • Manages inventory of paper, linen, cutlery, cookery, glassware, and silverware
