Your role

• Create, review, publish, and maintain knowledge articles.
• Support implementation of overall knowledge management activities in collaboration with Training Teams.
• Design and improve user experience through the knowledge base.
• Write and design communication materials, e.g., newsletters, reports, videos, infographics, etc.
• Handle tickets and resolve customer inquiries.

About you

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Preferably at least one (1) year of work-related experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Knowledgeable in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere a plus 
• Proficient in MS Applications is a must (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Forms)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
