Your role

• Coordination with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administrators to fulfill the E-Learning publication process using such platforms.
• Administer and provide timely and effective technical support to learners during online/virtual course completion, in partnership with Learning Support partners.
• Support implementation of overall learning activities in collaboration with Training Teams.
• Design and improve user experience through learning management platforms.
• Write and design communication materials, e.g. newsletters, reports, videos, infographics, etc.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• With basic video creation experience.
• With experience in major enterprise-wide learning management systems or similar
• Knowledge of Articulate, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop/Premiere is a plus.
• Experience in Success Factors and Moodle is not required but is an advantage.
• Candidate must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Fresh graduates are open to apply.
