Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing office services by implementing administrative systems (SAP and A&P), procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process requests for payments of Brand, DPR, and Channels Marketing
- Receive and review invoices/billings from suppliers.
- Ensure completeness of attachments
- Forward invoices to section heads for approval
- Prepare payment requests and seek approval through SAP.
- Encode payment requests for record-keeping.
- Submit payment requests to JWS centralized receiving on time.
Prepare and monitor Marketing A&P
- Coordinate with other A&P Marketing SPOCs for report updating.
- Encode all marketing expenses.
- Forward expenses to A&P heads for verification
Provide administrative support to Brand, DPR, and Channels Marketing
- Assist section/department head and teammates with administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support for brand campaigns, ATL/Digital shoots, KOL, and engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing (open to any 4-year course program).
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in any marketing field (with background PR and Channels).
- Skills in Microsoft Office and Basic Accounting.
- Works well independently with attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal departments and external agencies.
- Proficient in communication, SAP System, and A&P Monitoring.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid working wet-up in Ortigas, Pasig.
