Finance Specialist (Start ASAP)

The Finance Specialist is responsible for the financials, balance sheet account review and variance analysis, standard costing and transfer pricing, budgeting and forecasting, financial advisory, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Reviews significant variances on major profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
• Collects and maintains actual data on manpower cost, operation provision (manhours headcount, operating supplies, rate).
• Gathers, validates, and processes data using financial analysis tools.
• Gathers, organizes, and maintains historical data related to budget preparation and identifies one-time and recurring transactions.
• Tracks the internal order of the capital expenditure and conducts an inventory count.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or has taken up laddered program or education.
• Preferably, Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditors (CIA)
• Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience in Cost Accounting.
• Knowledgeable in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Management
• Must be willing to work in Danao City, Cebu
