Job Description:
- Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients.
- Responsible in accomplishing occupational therapy paperworks such as initial evaluations, daily patient notes, progress reports, re-evaluation and discharge plan.
- Performs other administrative duties such as updating of patient census, rendering order of payment, receiving patient referrals, requesting of supplies at central supply room.
- Contributes ideas, suggestions for deliverable and other unit activities.
- Maintains order and cleanliness of office, treatment area and therapeutic equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of two years studies in College
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Career Service (Sub-professional)/ (First Level Eligibility)
