PHARMACIST I (Rolling Intake)

Job Description:

• Responsible for reviewing and checking prescriptions, accurate and promptly dispensing of drugs and medicines to in-patients and out-patients of the hospital, and in providing patients with the proper medication counseling.      
• Participates in the inspection and monitoring of drug products in all treatment areas as well as the stockwards, equipment and requisition of such daily.                                
• Checks and Monitors Temperature of Main Pharmacy’s stock room, dispensing area, preparation area and at the Satellite Pharmacy.                         
• Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of pharmaceutical products in the pharmacy, satellite pharmacy, clinical areas, and central/bulk warehouse.
• Updates and maintains Dangerous Drugs records.
• Compound medications as prescribed .
• Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program of the Pharmacy.
• Provide drug information to doctors, nurses and other health care team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• No required relevant training
• No required relevant experience
• RA 1080 (Pharmacist)

Salary:

• PHP27,000/monthly
