- Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients.
- Responsible in accomplishing speech therapy paperworks such as initial evaluations, daily patient notes, progress reports and re-evaluation.
- Maintains cleanliness of treatment area and equipment and ensures enough speech and language pathology (SLP) supplies.
- Maintains records and filing of documents of the unit.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
