SPEECH THERAPIST I (Rolling Intake)

Job Description:

• Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients. 
• Responsible in accomplishing speech therapy paperworks such as initial evaluations, daily patient notes, progress reports and re-evaluation.           
• Maintains cleanliness of treatment area and equipment and ensures enough speech and language pathology (SLP) supplies.
• Maintains records and filing of documents of the unit. 
• 5Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• No required training
• No required experience
• Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility / PRC License
