The role will be responsible for talent pipelining and management of talent pools. Using your exceptional sourcing skills and working closely with the Recruitment Supervisors, you will develop and execute a multi-channel approach, utilizing direct and indirect sourcing channels, developing talent communities, researching, and speaking to the best candidates.
