This role will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to our internal stakeholders.
This individual is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years of offshore recruitment experience
- Must be proficient in passive sourcing using Boolean sourcing techniques and Google X-ray.
- Must have developed some specific sector or COE expertise
- Be responsible for the implementation and management of sourcing strategy for specific candidate profiles building talent pools.
- Create and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profiles and/or building a talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Must be able to conduct and document screening process including CV screening, telephone interview, and shortlisting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide source, screen/interview, and present for a specific account in partnership with onsite Recruiters.
- Manage candidates using specific applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.
- Contribute and collaborate in Korn/Ferry integrated solutions sales strategy. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
