Your role

  • Mailbox management. Timely response to emails related to governance and contract renewal.
  • PowerBI Reporting. Maintenance of contract data, contract review project plan, refreshing the data source for contract governance status page, update of the source file for each vendor, and publishing to reflect the changes made.
  • Manage project plan for Contract Review. Document action items and ad-hoc tasks and update contract renewal information and status.
  • Responsible for contract renewal process from vendor order requisition form, submitting requests in procurement systems and proper documentation of the process to be maintained in the GFT Sharepoint folder.
  • Support Vendor Governance by documenting and monitoring the schedule of the governance meeting/review in the GFT Contract Governance file, organizing governance documents retention and emails for contract renewal.
  • Responsible for various Ivalua-related processes like Upload governance documents, renewal documents, and contract-related documents by reaching out to Ivalua-Support@manulife.com, Review information in Ivalua if there's a need for an update (example: Contract Manager, expiration date, validity, etc.). Reach out to Ivalua-Support@manulife.com for any update request. Download agreements and contract-related documents and store it on the GFT Sharepoint site. Choose a folder that matches the risk rating of the contract. Create a new folder and rename using the Ivalua number, contact name, and contract manager.
  • Support GFT project task on contracting in 4 phases.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a vendor manager.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
