Your role

Manulife LEAD (Leadership, Experience, Advocacy, and Development) is a program that will enable you to discover individual career aspirations and various fields of expertise. 

On the job you will:

LEAD is an 18-month graduate program where Management Associates complete the following:

• Business Rotations – you will have the opportunity to gain experience in business units and specialist functions. It’s your chance to find the team you fit into best and begin your Manulife career.
• Development – undertake an exclusive series of classroom learning and experiential programs sponsored by Manulife senior executives to help you develop core business skills.
• Mentors and Buddies – Benefit from being assigned a Mentor (typically a senior leader) to help you with your career and personal development and business buddies to help you navigate the global organization.

Training & development

The program includes a mix of classroom learning and experiential programs. Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders and engage in hands-on development opportunities. These activities help develop core business skills. Additionally, they connect with business buddies to navigate the global organization.

About you

They are looking for someone with: 

• Bachelor/Master's Degree holder preferably Marketing, Business Management, or related courses (e.g. Management Engineering, Business Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc).
• Open to candidates with less than 2 years of work experience.
• English is the business language of Manulife you need to be able to speak business-level English.
• They are looking for well-rounded, digitally minded, and customer-focused, who have previously engaged in social work and extra-curricular activities.
• Experience in marketing plan development, business plan development, customer insight, and research studies through projects, case studies college organization contests, etc.
• Be eligible to work permanently in the Philippines.
