Associate Support Analyst

Job Description:

• Provide customer support for all reviews conducted by GAC
• Research best practices and new functionality within IIQ and present recommendations for adoption of new functionality or new ways to further leverage IIQ certifications
• Approve or Deny new Local Administrator Requests submitted through SNOW
• Help identify and resolve data integrity exposures and issues
• Provide audit with evidence of reviews as requested
• Maintain detailed procedures and test plans to ensure best in class standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any Information Technology or Computer Science related courses
• Excellent English communications skills both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on details and follow up
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to changes in work assignments
• Experience with SOX applications is a plus
• Experience with Database and Azure Environment is a plus 

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft application skills with demonstrated aptitude with Excel including building and maintaining macros and pivot tables.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of business via e-mail or phone.
• Excellent analysis and testing skills including data gathering, problem solving, test plan creation and execution.
• Ability to create and manipulate data through spreadsheets

• Proven ability to document and present technical solutions
• Adept at collecting, organizing, consolidating and interpreting information
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and customer focus
• Confidence in both written and verbal communication
