We are looking for someone with:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer,  IT Management field or equivalent related experience is preferred.

• ITIL Certified (Foundation or higher)

• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented

• Above  average analytical and problem solving skills.

• Organizational and Project Management skills

• Ability to strive for and achieve Execution / Operational Excellence.

• A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies

• Experience working with compliance, audit, outside regulators, and other support organizations while participating in providing solutions in support of the business objectives

On the job you will:  

• Assess business requirements and make-evidence based recommendations to support process improvements

• Analyze MITDC processes and procedures

• Conduct regular audit on process compliance, to identify any internal inefficiencies

• Lead periodic Governance on Compliance

• Assist Process Owners in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to effect change , especially when new policies and procedures are introduced.

• Assist (where required) in interpreting complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders

• Train and Develop employees on ITIL processes

• Perform process mapping and re-engineering

• Document procedures, policies, and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion

• Performs tasks assigned from time to time
