Handle ownership change requests such as address change, beneficiary change, and name change
Responsible for processing collateral assignment and collateral release
Apply premium payments / deposits to policies
Facilitate changes in payment mode, banking details, and pre-authorized checking
Process wires and write-offs
In charge of responding to general billing and PAC inquiries
Process disbursements transactions such as surrender, withdrawal, and loans
In charge of attending to general disbursements inquiries and provisioning of disbursement quotes and outputs
