Responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
1. Accounts Management that includes day to day feedback and resolutions to inquiries, concerns and clarifications. End to end SLA processing relative to the group accounts assigned.
2. Perform member underwriting within Group Admin limits for members exceeding the NEL/NML.
3. Provide renewal review details (member list and movements, premium and claims for the policy year) to Pricing Team for account review.
4. Verify member eligibility for claims verification, including checking of updated premium payment and most recent approved coverage from underwriting.
5. Prepare billing statements such as Initial, Adjustment, Modal, Renewal and Extension Billing to Group Policy Holder. Billing statementโs granularity is up to individual member level.
6. Give timely feedback to Distribution Partners or to the clients for Direct accounts if there are discrepancies on the member data and/or coverage.
7. Prepare Policy Contracts Amendments, Certificate of Cover and Individual Certificate of Insurance for existing accounts.
9. System set up of policy/benefit/member schedule based on proposal accepted by the client.
11. Tag along with Team Lead and/or Sales Team for client meetings as needed.
12. Process experience refund as applicable.
13. Provide and update the needed data for Group Admin transaction/account trackers.
