Job Description
The Coordinatorโs scope of work and responsibilities will be:
Manage Global Governance
- Brand Mailbox support (Brand@manulife.com)
- Email monitoring
- Triage emails to appropriate segment folders
- Manage general emails such as providing templates for email signature, font requests, and other queries not requiring segment leads approval
- Manage the Group Functions folder (answering queries, troubleshoot, etc.)
- Reporting and Records Management
- Update email daily log tracker and font vendor tracker
- Manage copy of signed and approved font license agreements and permission/endorsement letters for Third-party use of Brand shared by segments
- Manage content and delivery of the monthly Inbox report to the Brand team
- Documentation and process management
- Capture repeatable process related to Brand Inbox
- Relationship management with the segment inbox team
- Setting up touchpoints for updates or troubleshoot
- User access management for new inbox users
- Brand Hub Support (backup to Brand Operations Coordinator)
- Content management support
- Uploading content to the Brand Hub (page content, assets, etc.)
- Coordinating translations of assets and associated content
- Quarterly meta tagging work for Media library and icon library
- Site management support
- Managing user access of the Brand Hub
- Conducting audits of site users and content
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of platform management or desktop publishing
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and team members located in multiple locations
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in any Microsoft Office applications
- Has meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Good organization, problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Has a proactive mindset and strong work ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an environment where team members are in different offices/territories
