Job Summary:
The Admin Intake Unit for Group Disability is responsible for processing the documents/images being sent to AWD. The team also handles several admin tasks that will be trained on a later part. The job purpose is to ensure the Disability Administrators can meet individual and team goals in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities:
โข Process, review and attach images to the correct claimant in navigator
โข Handles expense payment as indicated in the invoice
โข Set-up AMS claim for different policies
โข Set-up and/or update EFT, address change and related clients
โข Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
โข Proactively reports any concerns that needs escalation to the management
โข Handle other duties and functions as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year courses
Technical Skills:
- Ability to use the desktop computer system
- Typing skills (at least 8000 KPH or 35 WPM)
- Basic internet skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Soft skills:
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has keen attention to detail (critical)
- Has excellent customer service skills and accountability for customer requests or issues
