The Business Process Senior Associate is responsible for the planning, administering, executing and
communicating information in a non-voice environment to support insurance policy services, claims
processing and underwriting in an insurance outsourcing domain. This role maintains and updates records and databases in accordance with prescribed formats and system requirements.

Minimum Experience: College or University graduate of any course
Ability to use the desktop computer system
Keyboarding skills of 35 WPM, 85% accuracy
Pass the BU Math Exam (8 out of 10)Pass the BU English exam (8 out of 10)
Ability to use compose and send emails
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent in written communication skills
Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph
Ability to proactively respond to situations (escalations or rush requests)
Able to perform timely investigation and decision making

Knowledge and expertise Group Benefit Products and Contracts
Able to follow product and process protocol
Review and validate Signature new issue requests, communicate inquiries and additional information to RGO.
Coordinate data traffic of policy information within the external vendors, Regional Group Offices representatives, analysts and underwriters.
Collaborate with other Manulife teams to complete set-up request
Make sure premium have been coordinated with the billing and that payment reflects on the system
Initiates billing, publications and ID printing and coordinates mailing instructions to courier
Perform quality assurance to ensure set-up accuracy
Can provide support to either on shore counterparts and/or Alpha new issue if capacity permits
