We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelorโs Degree (4 year program)
- Keyboarding skills of 37 WPM, 95% accuracy
- Good multi-tasking skills and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to use MS Office applications
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts
- Open to work in UP Ayalaland Techno Hub, Quezon City
Nice to Haves:
- Clear, precise and structured written communication
- Good understanding of etiquette for written communications (both email and chat)
- Ability to proactively respond to business situations
On the job you will:
- Accurate indexing of forms (medical and non-medical) and forwarding to the
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
- Practice good judgment in processing cases
- Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
- Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
- Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
