This role is responsible for process indexing and data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity. • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures • Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds

We are looking for someone with:

• College/University graduate with a degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting or any business-related course. 

• Preferably with work experience in bank operations or financial institution.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills using the English Language is preferable.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.

• Ability to compose a grammatically correct, clear and concise email

• Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute. Exhibits good navigation skills.

• Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments and to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Candidate must demonstrate problem solving skills.

• Ability to apply sound judgment with strong decision-making skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Preferably Business course or Admin related courses

• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment

This role manages financial requests made by existing clients such as Bank statement generation, ordering tools, updating client information, and other maintenance transactions for Mortgage products.
