• Ensure all necessary information is received and appropriate decisions are applied to eligibility prior to system being updated
• Refer exception requests and complex processing to the Senior Certificate Administrator
• Contact plan administrators via letter or email for required information omitted on the eligibility updates received
• Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
• Practice good judgment in processing cases
• Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
• Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week
• Stay on-call on an as-needed basis during Saturdays and holidays
• Assist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon request
• Manage leaves/day-offs especially during peak season
• Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team
• Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
• Handle dedicated clients that require special handling
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
