We are looking for someone with:  

• At least 1 year of experience in Portfolio Reporting or a similar capacity.
• Experience in supporting a Time Tracking Tool
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Agile methodology
• Strong analytical skills, copes with complex situations using both skills and experience to lead to the right outcome
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrates skill, and good interpersonal skills for the role

On the job you will:  

Manage and maintain accurate project and resource records in Planview (PV) by:

• Monitoring hiring updates for new resources who would need PV Timesheet access.
• Setting up the PV access of the billable members (ensuring resource has the correct Planview charge buckets; ensuring resource Planview structure is aligned with he capacity plan; releasing communication to resource and Delivery Managers on the availability of PV access)
• Ensuring resource rate cards are updated and aligned with the current role.
• Facilitating change request and/or executing changes to the project’s and/or  resource’s PV record.
