Manulife Marketing Team is seeking a self-motivated Promos and Events Officer, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful client partnerships through the products and services that we offer.

We are looking for someone with: 

• Experience in leading promotions for distribution channels and corporate events that motivate sales force and drive sales goals
• Proven successful ideas execution for contests and events that are aligned with corporate channel objectives (i.e., contest mechanics, event program design) 
• Experience in implementing annual and tactical promos including rewards gratification and
• Experience with vendors, suppliers, internal units’ coordination on rewards procurement, crediting and if applicable delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement / sales support / sales promotions within a sales or marketing organization

On the job you will: 

• Review, design, and recommend sales incentives using Agency and Partnership or Bancassurance Distribution Channels’ KPIs to drive sales activity, maximize margins as well as engaging and motivating event concepts
• Implement annual and tactical promos, including rewards fulfillment, and events within committed timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and/or internal units on rewards procurement and delivery, as well as financial reward crediting, as applicable.
• Prepare communication materials for promo launches, promo updates, and event briefing decks.
• Evaluate promotion and events performance based on sales reports, spend versus budget, actual versus target qualifiers.
