Your responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

About you

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Working knowledge of various policies and practices is a plus.
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and can work independently.
• Working knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday, Compass.
• Excellent customer service skills.
