Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 year program)

• Sound product/industry knowledge

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment

• HYBRID Work Arrangement – amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs AND/OR current external environment/situation).

On the job you will:

• Replacement analyst reviews insurance cases involving replacements and 1035 exchanges. 

• Ensures that all requirements are met 

• Does outbound call to follow up requests

• Updates system with received information from insurance carriers
