Job Description:

The Security Operations tower within the IT Security and Business Resilience (ITS&BR) team in Group Functions Technology and Global Data Office (GFT&GD) elevates the segment’s ability to Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover through focused and sustained risk mitigation initiatives.

The Security Operations Technical Analyst in ITS&BR provides implementation support and assists in the development of the sustainment model for maturing key Path to Green workstreams, particularly the monitoring of event logs.

The ideal candidate has experience meeting deadlines in a high pressure, highly visible environment.  The role requires the ability to review internal audit standards and work across the segment to implement solutions under time constraints

Requirements:

• Experience with event logs across the technology stack is preferred

• Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team

• Excellent English communication (both written and oral)

• Understanding of application suite from a support perspective

• Being results oriented and self-motivated

• Experience managing and coordinating project deliverables in technology landscape

• Resiliency and flexibility in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to pivot if requirements change or are further clarified
