Manulife is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is genuinely excited and passionate in recruiting.
Minimum Skills to Hire:
- College Graduate; Preferably a graduate of Human Development Management/Psychology/Behavioral Science or equivalent course
- Excellent spoken and written (Email correspondence) communication skills
- Good people skills; Professional demeanor
- Good computer and internet navigation skills with excellent knowledge of various applications such as Microsoft Suite, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
- Amenability to work in UP Ayala land Techno Hub, Quezon City
- Amenability to work both from home or onsite depending on the business need
- Amenability to shifting schedules, holiday and weekend operations
- Amenability with a project based employment status
Nice to Haves:
- Preferably with at least 1 year of professional recruiting experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in running Taleo, Workday or other ATS
- Exposure to Shared Services or Financial Services environment/industry
- Trends and Analytics reporting for candidates with experience
On the job you will:
- Ensure that the staffing requirements are met and the highest quality of applicants is maintained for administrative, professional, and management personnel
- Work with the Recruiters various Hiring Managers/Business Units for both local and global for their hiring needs (project scoping, hiring needs assessment)
- Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the recruiting process and ensure these movements are reflected in Workday in a timely manner.
- Candidate dispositioning in Workday and in providing feedback to candidates.
- Conduct interviews to candidates across different functions and level as needed
- Schedule and administer/proctor tests and manage assessment results
- Discuss Job Offer and Company profile to identified candidates
- Work with Manager on process improvement and process excellence projects.
- Workday requisition and candidate sanitation, adhering to end-to-end Workday recruiting standards
- Generate recruitment related reports and analysis.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with candidates, Hiring Managers and other people involved in hiring through open and interactive communication; Work closely with them to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.
