Product Development Manager (Start ASAP)

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled "medicine-as-a-service" platforms are used by hundreds of employers and pharma companies. Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Product Development Manager ideates, designs, and pilots solutions for the market’s pain points and opportunities. They incorporate analytics and customer feedback to enable continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and enhances products and services which involves conducting market research, consulting data, and designing effective strategies
• Spearheads and evaluates product development projects and coordinate with other teams and relevant stakeholders Incorporates analytics and customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement
• Keeps up to date with changing technologies and trends to recommend and innovate solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of intermediate Excel functions and formulas
• Preferably has leadership and project management experience

Compensation

• PHP27,000-PHP35,000/monthly
