As a Client Experience Analyst, you will provide Nasdaq clients with the best possible service in relation to account service requests, platform inquiries and renewal billing operations. You will ensure that good client relations are maintained, and inbound client inquiries are correctly resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with consumer laws. Along with this, you can expect to develop organization-wide initiatives to streamline the client experience in relation to client account administration and renewal billing initiatives.

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming to the office just 2 days per week.
