Analyst (Rolling Intake)

Your Role: 

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Handle and process routine transactions under direct supervision. 
• Ensure timely and accurate processing within established guidelines. 
• Prepare and submit daily checklists to the next level. 
• Resolve issues and highlight them to supervisors or experts. 
• Track trends in daily deliverables and work with supervisors to enhance processes. 
• Use initiative for problem-solving, referring complex issues to supervisors. 
• Work effectively both independently and as a team member. 
• Develop proficiency in all job areas. 
• Run and create formal and function-specific reports. 
• Follow incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures rigorously.

About You: 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A college or university degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience. 
• Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Basic functional or industry knowledge. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
