Your responsibilities

• Provides support to marketing and RFP staff by utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at an advanced or expert skill level.
• Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles materials for presentations or meetings.
• Completes formatting or branding of questionnaires and routine completion of due diligence requests.
• Interacts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance or product areas to obtain business statistics and updates tracking spreadsheets on a regular (monthly/quarterly) basis.

Training & development

The Northern Trust Rotational Development Program is designed to develop the technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities of new or recent graduates. During the one- to two-year program, participants will have the opportunity to perform meaningful assignments in various rotations while gaining a broader perspective along with exposure to the leadership of the different departments within each chosen career track. Each track is aligned to one of Northern Trust’s major divisions – Wealth Management, Corporate & Institutional Services, Asset Management, or Enterprise Enablement. After successfully completing the program, qualified associates will be placed into a role that best utilizes the experiences they have gained throughout their rotations.

About you

• Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• Relevant project management experience preferred.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and asset servicing industry.
• Attention to detail and solid documentation techniques.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
