Your responsibilities

• Meet all the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the business for the process in terms of timeliness and accuracy.
• Proactively report any issues to the team leader or manager.
• Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles materials for presentations or meetings.
• Interacts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance or product areas to obtain business statistics and update tracking spreadsheet regularly (monthly/quarterly).

About you

• Degree in Finance, Marketing, or business preferred.
• Relevant project management experience preferred.
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Power BI, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Ability to develop relationships with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and asset servicing industry.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
