Defining Possible means something different to each one of us. What’s Your Possible?

You might know that our Mission is to solve our customers’ most challenging problems across Aeronautics, Mission Critical Systems, Space and Guided Weapons to help safeguard Australia’s future. What makes us different, though, is that as part of one of the World’s largest Defence organisations, we have access to capabilities and technology most can only imagine. And, here in Australia, we are working closely with the ADF to address its most important priorities. So, there are plenty of opportunities to start a career in a friendly, supportive and values-led environment. Here, everyone contributes, and everyone matters.

Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.

What can you expect?

  • A hands-on, 24-month work placement completing meaningful work in a real role.
  • Coaching & Feedback through goal setting, development planning and quarterly connections with your leader.
  • Participation in graduate development initiatives in a supportive learning environment
  • Hands on Support – Workplace buddy, leadership and mentoring
  • Competitive salary with a 6 monthly review.
  • Access to professionalisation support and Education & Training assistance
  • Building networks through connection with other professionals and our employee resource groups
  • Coordinated commencement date with the graduate cohort

Applications must be received by 12 August
