Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Open to fresh grads
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in volume hiring
Key Deliverables/Accountabilities:
- Pre-screen candidate applications received through different sourcing channels (Campus, Job boards, General Profiles).
- Schedule candidates for the HR interview, assessment and/or domain interview.
- Support recruiters in the fulfilment of hiring needs for different Lines of Businesses.
- Upload all raw and manual leads in our ATS and ensure that profiles were correctly matched to the pipeline requisition.
- Track endorsements and candidate movements daily.
- Send end of day report for productivity.
