Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Internship (Start ASAP)

You will be challenged as you work on teams who are performing at a fast pace and high level of intensity. We are a diversified organization and provide marketing support to a large matrix of product and service lines.

• Pre-screen candidates applications received through different sourcing channels
• Encode, update, and monitor daily endorsement trackers
• Schedule candidates for interviews and monitor show ups
• Assist in day to day tasks directed by immediate superiors
• Observe and follow company mission and vision
• Taking initiative in raising problems or difficulties, however basic they may seem
• Completing the required training hours as indicated in the school's endorsement

What we are looking for

• You should be working toward an undergraduate degree in appropriate field (Psychology, Business Ad, Human Resources)
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• You should be able to demonstrate a high-level of self-motivation and desire to work hard
• You should be comfortable working in ambiguous situations
